         <description><![CDATA[<div>ingredients:</div><ul><li>8 egg yolks , sieved</li><li>⅗ cup sugar</li><li>3 tablespoons butter , melted</li><li>½ cup coconut milk</li><li>1 cup grated or shredded coconut , fresh or dry</li><li>2 tablespoons butter , soft</li><li>½ cup sugar</li></ul><div><br>instructions:<br><br></div><ol><li>Place the coconut in a large bowl and pour the coconut milk on top. Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.</li><li>In a blender, add the sugar, butter, coconut mixture and egg yolks. Mix for 2 minutes.</li><li>Preheat oven to 350 F.</li><li>Generously apply butter in each mold and cover the bottom and edges with sugar edges. Add a little more sugar at the bottom.</li><li>Pour the mixture into the molds and let stand 10 minutes at room temperature. Cook in a water bath for 50 minutes.</li><li>Allow to cool before unmolding.</li></ol><div>ALL DONE</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>ingredients:<br><strong><br>4</strong> <strong>cloves garlic, chopped</strong></div><div> <strong>Kosher salt</strong></div><div><strong>6</strong> <strong>ounces slab bacon, cut into rough dice</strong></div><div> <strong>Vegetable oil, if needed</strong></div><div><strong>2</strong> <strong>cups coarsely ground manioc flour(a.k.a. cassava flour)</strong></div><div><strong>1</strong> <strong>tablespoon butter<br><br>instructions: </strong></div><ol><li>Mash the garlic and a few pinches of salt with the side of your knife until pasty. Place bacon in large skillet over medium heat, and let it cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, or until fully rendered and lightly browned. Add a splash of vegetable oil if there isn’t enough fat to generously coat the pan.</li><li>Turn heat down to medium-low, and cook garlic until very aromatic. Add manioc flour, and cook, stirring and shaking the pan continuously, until it’s a shade toastier and a little crunchy, 6 to 8 minutes. Turn off heat, and stir in butter. Add salt to taste. Let guests sprinkle or pile it onto their plates, to their taste.</li></ol><div>ALL DONE</div>]]></description>
