         <description><![CDATA[<div>John Davison Rockefeller, the son of a traveling salesman, was born on July 8, 1839, in Richford, New York. Even as a young boy John was industrious, he sold chickens, candy and he did jobs for his neighbors. He joined the business world when he found a job as a clerk at the age of 16. In 1863, Rockefeller entered in the Oil Industry when he invested, with partners, in a Cleveland refinery. In 1864, John marred Laura Celestia Spelma, they had four daughter and one son. In 1865 John bought out his partners and gain full control of the refinery. He expanded his industry by acquired new partners to grow. in 1870, Rockefeller formed the Standard Oil Company of Ohio.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>John D. Rockefeller is the founder of the Standard Oil Company. In 1870, this great Industry known as the Standard Oil Company, was formed. Standard Oil gained a monopoly in the oil industry by buying rival refineries and developing companies for distributing and marketing its products around the world. The Standard Oil Company controlled 90 % of the United State's refineries and pipelines.The Standard Oil did everything from build its own oil barrels to employ scientists to figure out new uses for petroleum by-products.</div>]]></description>
