         <description><![CDATA[<div>Type 1 Diabetes is thought to be caused by an autoimmune reaction( where the body attack itself by mistake) that destroys the cells in the pancreas that make insulin, called beta cells. This process can go on for months or years before any symptoms and signs appear. family history could be another cause of type 1 diabetes. Anyone with a parent or sibling with type 1 diabetes has slightly increased risk of developing the condition. <br>Type 1 diabetes signs and symptoms can appear relatively and may include: <br>1- Increased thirst <br>2- Frequent urination <br>3- Bed-wetting in children who previously didn't wet the bed during the night. <br>4- Extreme hunger. <br>5- Blurred vision<br>6- unintended weight loss <br>7- Fatigue and weakness. <br><br>Reference-Diseases, N., &amp; Health, N.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The way to investigate type 1 diabetes is random blood-sugar test, which tells physicians the amount of glucose circulating in a person's blood at specific moment in time. A blood-sugar level of 200 milligrams per deciliter suggests diabetes. The secondary test is a glycated hemoglobin test, or A1C test. This test measures the average amount of glucose in a person's bloodstream over the past 90 days as a percentage. A normal A1C level is between 5 and 5.5% while anything higher than 5.7% indicates diabetes. when daibetes is conrtolled a person's A1C levels will be low.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Type 1 diabetes treatment is daily task. lack of insulin production by the pancreases makes Type 1 diabetes particularly difficult to control. Treatment requires a strict regimen that typically includes a carefully <br>1- Calculated diet <br>2- Planned physical activity <br>3- Multiple daily insulin injections <br>4- Home blood glucose testing a number of times per day. <br>The aim of diabetes treatment is to keep, within reason, blood glucose levels as near to normal as possible.&nbsp; The diabetes treatment and management strategy should be agreed between the person and the health care team. There are diabetes support group for people with diabetes to help with things like managing your diabetes on a daily basis, diet, exercise or dealing with emotional problems, such as depression. At the very minimum an individuals health team may be a GP, however they should have access to a range of specialists as and when they need them. such as;&nbsp;<br>1- Dietitian&nbsp;<br>2- psychologist<br>3- practice nurse&nbsp;<br>4- pharmacist&nbsp;<br>5- Diabetes specialist nurse- (DSN )and e.t.c..&nbsp;<br>There are also several care settings available for people type 1 diabetes such as;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1- choosing a care home&nbsp;<br>               2- Diabetes inpatient and hospital care <br><br></div>]]></description>

Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disorder in which the body attacks its own endocrine system. over time, the pancreas loses all of it's insulin-producing cells, and patients become fully reliant on synthetic insulin. Treatment focuses on managing blood sugar levels with insulin, diet and lifestyle to prevent complications. people who have type 1 daibetes must take insulin as part of their treatment. Because their bodies can't make insulin anymore, they need to get the right amount to keep their blood sugar levels in a healthy range. The only way to get insulin into the body is by injection with a needle or with an insulin pump.          <description><![CDATA[<div>There are complication of long term and short term effects of type 1 diabetes. such as;&nbsp;<br>1- Heart and blood vessel disease&nbsp;<br>2- eye damage&nbsp;<br>3- foot damage&nbsp;<br>4- kidney damage( nephropathy)&nbsp;<br>5- skin and mouth conditions.&nbsp;<br>Short term effects include frequent urination, increased thirst, fatigue and headache.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The benefit of the fasting plasma glucose (FPG) is it measures the levels of glucose (sugar) in the blood. used to screen for diabetes, it is relatively simple, accurate, and inexpensive test that exposes problems with insulin functioning. A fasting blood glucose test can also be useful to see how well the body is able to manage blood sugar levels in the absence of food. "when we do not eat for several hours, the body will release glucose into the blood via the liver and, following this, the body's insulin should help to stabilise blood glucose levels". The treatment for people with type 1 diabetes includes: Taking insulin. carbohydrate, fat and protein counting. frequent blood sugar monitoring.
