we've all had teachers, some good some bad but bad ones don't last long. having a teacher who passionate about teachers is harder then diamonds and the ones that still wanna teach feel like they cant pursue what they love because of how little they are getting paid. my mom was a kindergarten teacher and she tells me how evil those 3 to 2 year olds can be, she has to get bit, slapped, catch these little monsters, tell them to not eat crayons, she has to take care od 15 to 20 little kids who all have different problems.
thiers a lot of teachers at madison that i love most teachers here kinda look like they wanna teach but in high school things get a bit more serious, teachers have to deal with kids who are really depressed and these kids stress teachers out when they tell em "i feel like life isn't worth living" now that teacher has to worry about that kids and talk to him while also make sure that all the other kids do their work, talk to parents, talk to other teachers, grade hundreds of papers and go to meetings. It also surprises me that the people who are in charge of creating the next generation aren't getting paid more then 100,000 it also just makes me mad that were gonna lose more and more amazing teachers just because they cant afford rent or to feed their kid. its definitely a problem that should be more well known because as students i love to have a teacher who makes class fun and exiting and make me wanna acutely learn instead of go home
