Today is my 22nd day as a practical student here. At 3 pm, I along with other industrial training students have been called to meet with the director of MOTAC. 
The purpose of the directors to meet him is to assign an assignment which is a paperwork based on the title given.
Furthermore, I was given the title of the assignment related to a culture in Kelantan.
I was with my other friends together to complete the assignment perfectly. Besides, we are also busy discussing the preparation of cultural performances for tomorrow.

When I arrived, the first place that I go is Mantra Restaurant. We have been welcomed by the governor of Thailand at that restaurant and were served Ikan Senangin in 3 types of menu which is Fried Ikan senangin, Ikan senangin with soy sauce and Salted Ikan Senangin. I was very grateful to be here.

It is a trip that visit historical places, tourist attraction places like Ban Thon Village, Muang Narathiwat Museum, Yakang Water market and Pikun Thong development centre.

Firstly, I need to type the recievers name and address on a piece of paper and then glued the paper at to the envelope. Secondly, to write the same things at the Poslaju  details paper and then glued the paper at the envelope too. The information of the recievers should be correctly written to avoid any mistake.

After all of the detailed information are written, the letters should be put into the envelopes and sealed. The last step is I must call the Poslaju Office to ask the workers to come pick up the letters to be post to the receivers.

When the postman come to pick up the letters, I will give him a recipe to be signed and he will take the original recipe and I will keep the copy of the recipe at the office. In the morning, I go upstairs where the events will be held and unlock the door. Then, I switch on all of the lamps and air-conditioners to give comfortability to the audiences and the dancers. 

The event starts at 11.00 a.m. and ends at 12.00 p.m. The audience come from some associations, organizations and same foreigners are invited too to watch the performance. 

During the performance, two workers stay at the technical room as a preparation for any technical problems. As everything are well planned, so everything going smoothly without any trouble from the starting to the end.

After the documents being approved, I must stamp the document "LULUS" and seal them.

When enter the LHDN office, I go get the queue number and fill a form. After filling the form, I must wait untill my turn number called by the officers.  When my turn comes, I go to the counter and the form and documents that need to be sealed. 

The officer asks me to wait while she verified the documents and stamps them. After all of the documents completely stamped, I bring them back to the MOTAC office.

Today, I learn on how to fax letters to the agencies such as hotel, resort and home stay. As MOTAC will held 'Persembahan Kebudayaan" on next week, I have to send invitation letters to the agencies. By using fax machine, I get some useful knowledge on how to operate that machine. 

After faxing all of the letters to the agencies, I need to call them to confirm whether they have received the letter or not. There are some agencies who do not receive the fax will request me to send the letter through emails.

It's a heartfelt feeling to leave MOTAC Kelantan but at the same time I feel very happy because I am successfully complete this industrial training. 

My goal to enter the boss's room is to sign some of the forms required by the university. Look how time moving faster, this already end of week 16 my internship. 

It is my last day as practical student at MOTAC Kelantan. A lot good memory here that i will appreciate forever.

Here, I would like to a thousand thanks to all MOTAC Kelantan officer cause give me an opportunity to did internship at here. I will save this precious experience, memory and relationship between us in my memory. I really enjoy and appreciate all the contributions and cooperation given by the staff MOTAC Kelantan during my internship.
