The meeting point was in the rainforest of Basse Terre, at the Cascade des Écrevisses. I was amazed by the lush plants, unusual flowers and majestic trees of Basse Terre. I enjoyed the beauty of the scenery and took time to explore around. Then we left and stopped at the Maison de la Forêt. We went forest bathing, i learnt the importance of being in the forest at least two hours a day to reset my brain, how to connect to présent time focusing on instructions, how to get more in control of my body with Sun salutation yoga, how to focus on something to disconnect from neverending thoughts and to let go drawing a mandala. It was another great day.

J'ai aussi, personnellement, expérimenté l'apprentissage par l'expérience en tant que professeur d'éducation musicale. J'ai appris au détour d'une conversation l'origine de plusieurs instruments de musiques.

Une journée très productive et fructueuse.

J'ai appris à me recentrer sur le moment vécu.

We also enjoyed our yoga and mandala , physical , méditative and creative moments.
