What is your personal vision for the council?

How can you apply being a river?

A board where everyone's ideas are heard and enjoy creating projects to benefit the school population

I can be like a river when completing tasks by focusing on one task at a time

Believe that student council can make sure the school is a place where everyone feels safe, supported and valued.

I can be a river by directing everyone to a specific goal one at a time.

i hope the council will continue helping and supporting our peers

we can stay focused on our end goal and have clear aims and instructions for others to help and achieve the end goal

My personal vision for the student council is I hope that everyone actively contributes and all suggestions and opinions are heard.

I can be like a river where I focus on one task at a time

To become a board where everyone can feel safe to share and bond with one another.

I want a more cohesive student council as well as driven councils. At the same time, i want councils to lead by example every time and not just in Student Council. I hope my councils are motivated to work together.

I think I am river. I try to consider everyone opinion and ensure no one feel left out. I try to lead my team and head towards a common goal

by focusing on my current tasks and not be distracted

So far my responsibilities stretch to my studies and cca. For council, my group has been planning for new projects like Halloween. I am balancing these responsibilities quite well excluding my cca responsibilities, as some people are uncooperative so I feel that I am more so a river in cca because I need to be more meticulous and specific in my guidance.

I think i should just stop procrastinating. I can complete all my responsibilities fast if there are no other distractions, especially because I dont have a big leadership role, so it is easier to cope with the activities.

I would say I am a river, but there are occasions where I am like a flood, which are times when I try to catch myself and improve. One word somebody described me as is reliable.

I believe the council should be a place where everyone's voice can be heard, so we can work together to making the board a better place.

Making our school a better place and ensuring everyone’s voice is heard.  Everyone should feel safe and comfortable among each other.

I can be like a river by working one thing at a time rather than performing multiple tasks at a time.

A board where everyone's voices are heard, and everyone can work together peacefully to make the school environment a fun and conducive one where everyone is able to feel valued.

I can be like a river when i focus on the task at hand and solve it before moving on to other problems or activities.

i want the council to be more transparent with students. I want students to know that we want to make their school experience the best and also build more cchm pride in the student body

i think prioritising different projects is one way and always remembering our own vision and goals when we joined the council

A board where everybody has clear communication channels so that we all can understand properly each others goals and work together for the same goals.

Plan each stage properly and ensure that the instructions i give are clear and understandable. I must also not rush things.

Quite a lot, council work gets quite heavy during certain periods, like planning for a big event or project, but I try my best to stay organized

I should cut back on my screentime and procrastination

I think that the council is very efficient and organized, and it provides the student body with more fun actibvities

I hope that the council is a place that everyone's opinions are heard and ideas are shared.

I can contribute by hearing out everyone's opinions, and do my best to contribute ideas to the council.

I am only trying to perform 1 activity now. My council is organizing and managing multiple activities with different audiences and causes. I have not spread myself very thin, as I am focused, more like a river, on one aspect of a project with other teammates to support each other.

I should cut out some distractions from my life to be more productive like bad habits of procrastinating.

currently we are preparing for Deepavali , IHC docent training as well as coming up w ideas for halloween. I’m also a co-ic of decorations for teacher’s day and i have my dance exco duties. Overall i think i’m managing quite well , i don’t think the work load is very overwhelming yet

I think i need to cut down on my screen time.

I think i tend to fluctuate between the two when i am stressed but i do try to be a ‘river’ leader.

currently I am preparing for IHC docent programme and I'm also managing my cca work and school exams.

I should cut down on procrastinating and screen time usage on my electronic devices so that I can empty out more time to complete the work that i have been procrastinating on.

I would consider myself to be both, and it really depends on what situation I am in. When I have sufficient time and planning, I am usually a river.

Besides a student councillor, I am also a CCA leader. I have to be responsible and I do put in effort into the student council board. I do not think that I am spreading myself too thin as I know when to not push myself too much. I am more like a river, I try to be organised.

I think I should not procrastinate as it will take up my time.

I am more of a river but there are times when I am a flood. Outsiders think of the council as organised.
