         <description><![CDATA[<div>Voice overs have been used for decades. It is used on animated shows, YouTube videos and even in our lectures in Media 4. They are used in many different ways. You can see them used in muted videos to explain what someone is doing or just to add more information to a video.&nbsp;In animated shows, voice overs are used to created a voice for the characters. </div>]]></description>
