The biggest take-away from the guest speaker was the fact that one has to make the constant effort to build a positive personal brand because it will give them the advantage in their job search. 
I think that while practicing interviewing, students will learn what it will feel like to be self-aware during an interview, how to give constructive criticism, and how to articulate even during stressful times. 
Three questions I have for the guest speaker are:
1. For those of us who aren't familiar at all with what kind of work this career involves, can you break it down basically how you do what you do?
2. How long do your projects take; does it require much collaboration with others?

Another topic that had impacted me the most is what impresses a Starbucks employer, which is work related involvement and the enthusiasm you can bring to the table. Lastly, another topic that had impacted me was how it is important to build your personal brand and be able to speak on it.
On our guest speakers message, the biggest take away was how she does not discriminate any person of age working for Starbucks whether it is a college student or a high school student. 

2: One learning point I might receive is not to ramble on when I am talking or I might be talking too much. Another learning point I might receive is not to talk about irrelevant things. Lastly, another learning point I might receive is how my hair is, since right now it is pretty hard to manage.

Mentor, how its a good way to have one for when you are feeling stressed or having anxiety. Lastly, the topic that pertained to our vocational goals, because everyone said what they want to work on, it was a really good topic, i enjoyed it the most. The biggest take away was knowing that everything she said about not checking resumes and looking for certain skills in an employee was the exact same as to what Mr Raine told us.(Also, the importance of being involved within your community) 
2. 3 learning points i might receive while we practice interviewing is  be more confident, elaborate more on my skills, but not to the point were I ramble off, and have a good body posture.
