For me, Production and Operations Management should prioritize first because it is the most important thing to make the business more booming and successful. As I've read the presentation, For me Marketing Management should be the first to be prioritized for it takes the responsibility of planning in order for us to have a well organize actions in putting up business and the planning for product or services, advertising, promotions, sales to reach desired customer segmentalso takes charge in pricing as of it is the only way through which the concern could generate income and bring in profits.

In my opinion I would rate Human Resource Management as the Top priority for it handle staffing functions ,of course in order to have the best employees we should first undergo staffing for choosing the best individuals for specific job functions and also, it deals with employees in a formalized manner. It is really necessary to deal with the employee's manner because what they act can affect or will be observed by the customer,thus if ever the employees can't give good services for the customers ,somebody will and that could lead one's business to lose all motivation.

For me, I think the administrative managers should prioritized first for they handle or manage the entire business as well as they supervise business transactions such as filing all documents regarding the company, expected that the information contained must be consistent and accurate. As I've read the presentation about management, I think all of the areas of management should be prioritized because all of them has a big and significant functions in its organization. They are the lifeblood of the administration. So if one of the areas will not around, the organization are so useless. Like in our body systems if one of the systems are absent our body won't function well, it will be malfunctioning just like in areas of management. On my own opinion, management should prioritized first because it's the most important in every organizations in order to have a successful business and if there is a management in an organization we will be able to accomplish the main objectives and goals of the business that we were leading. All the task and works can be easily done well especially in different areas of management such as finance, production, operation, human resources, marketing, and administration if there is a management in that areas and everything would be in an organized and in proper order of management.

Management achieves the company objectives. Also management operates on finance, production, operations, human resources, marketing and administration. It's purpose is not to waste time, money and effort. As what I believe each areas of management should be prioritize cause management is the very soul of a business. Its makes business a success.

In my opinion, the management should be prioritize first because this is important to act, to use, or to work of it and also by the word of "MANAGE" we know that, we should do to come up or level up of a business to be successfully work in the end. For me, as a student we should prioritize first the management because management helps us to accomplish our objectives and to achieve our goals in life. Even in a simple way, management do a big part in achieving our goals especially on our studies just like of managing our time in terms of doing our assigned task in school, and especially in complying all the requirements on our every subjects. In my own idea, every areas of management is very essential in handling a busuness. Every areas is needed in order to balance the management and make the tasks easier for everyone. We should give importance to all of those , because if a management lacks in one of those areas , there will be no proper organization in designating the works to every staffs. Some areas would double up their works which is not healthy in terms of management
