• Adult Learning: For people aged 19+ we offer courses with a focus on long-term goals and individual development which involve physical activity alongside classroom learning. This will help participants become physically and mentally healthier as well as develop the skills, confidence, motivation and resilience that can progress them towards formal learning or employment should they wish to continue in education or seek employment opportunities.

  
  

• Youth & Employability Hub: We are the only professional club to host a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Youth Hub with a focus on helping to improve employment outcomes and prospects for unemployed individuals and groups who face complex barriers to work. We create individual action plans for young people, giving them motivation to move closer to or into employment. The provision works on writing CVs, practising mock interviews, course referrals, voluntary work, referrals to business start-ups and apprenticeships.

  
  

• Career One-Stop: Our weekly drop in sessions are a chance for people to come along for assistance with writing CVs, preparing interviews, applying for jobs or even to just to chat with staff or other young people about employment support. We appreciate that job searching can be difficult and therefore aim to give people as many tools as possible to help them secure employment.

Free forklift training in South Yorkshire in partnership with Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA). Covering Doncaster, Barnsley, Sheffield, and Rotherham.

Our 12-week course includes a free RTITB forklift licence and covers warehouse operations. If you qualify, you pay nothing; we cover the £1,475 licence fee so you can focus on your new career.

This 12-week programme combines comprehensive classroom training with a free Enhanced DBS Check.

Eligible learners access this SYMCA-funded teaching assistant course at no cost; we cover the training and the £44.60 DBS fee.
