This video provides a lot of good information for time management. A calendar is a good tool to use as a student. I personally use a physical planner, rather than using a digital one, but either is fine. The important part is not the form of calendar you choose to use. The thing that matters is that you use some sort of platform to keep track of your work. I chose this particular video to talk about because the information really stuck with me. It makes a lot of sense. In the video, he mentions "getting your ideas out of your head and into a trustworthy external system.", This is very important because some people tend to rely solely on their memory to remind them to complete tasks. We all are human, and sometimes we may forget things, such as due dates. That is why it is very important to have a well-designed system to organize everything involving school work and even special events in our lives(appointments, birthdays, etc.). Through this video, I am reminded about the importance of organization when it comes to planning out my assignments and things of that nature.

I chose this video because it stood out to me. The reason why it stood out to me was that I know the importance of a well-structured morning routine, but It something that I do not hear much about. Whenever I was younger, I would ask my older peers how high school was and also ask for tips to a successful school year. They pretty much told me to stay up late if I had to and to get the best grades possible. I took the advice for a year, but it did not work out. It did not work in my favor because the staying up late affected my overall health and personality as a person. After that year, I understood what it meant to build a well-rounded morning routine. It is important to create a morning routine that works for you. Mornings are important because they are the beginning of the rest of your day. If you waste your time sleeping in and being unproductive, you will have as much time to accomplish all of the things that life throws at you. not Time is very valuable, and it is important to be productive as you can with your time.

This video interested me because it is something that I feel all students have experienced at some point. This video talks about a lot of helpful strategies to help manage time and assignments. School work can become overwhelming, which is why it is good to have a to-do list like the one mentioned in the video. Another thing that sparked my interest was whenever a method that I use was mentioned. I have always used the method that involved splitting work up into sections. I find it a lot easier to do one section at a time, instead of tackling the entire thing at once. I am glad I watched this video because although I am aware of the section method, I sometimes forget to use the method and become a victim to procrastination. The way he described the steps helped me because it changed the way I looked at things. He also speaks about the positive impact that daily effort has on a person and their success. That goes along with the theme of time management. So, using your time to work at your tasks daily will pay off in the long run, and ultimately eliminate procrastination.

This article is one of my choices because of its complexity. It effectively describes time management in a way I have never seen before. Just like the videos, this article makes me see the topic of time management in a different light. I admire how in depth both the articles and videos were.

This article, in particular, intrigued me because the author went above and beyond to relay the message. Sometimes I read articles that are strictly factual and tends to bore me. One reason how this goes along with the videos is due to the fact that they both manage to be factual while including interesting, detailed tips and realistic goals that students can easily achieve.
