when a check the monthly report , i find a many of mistakes on data, i forgot  correct them, like : 
-the date of Purchase order to PR 2123 not found.
- the invoice number of PR 323 is wrong.
- the serial number of the screen not the same on it.
please give me the access for download the file and correct it.
in the future , i will make double check before upload any thing on box.

I followed up all the informations about of everyone. 
But I'm really sorry because I missed 2 paper referals forms , so I have to get back tents and follow tow new forms for that Beneficiaries. 
I tell you about my mistakes and I'll let you know about what will happen with me , and at the end I will send to the tracker .

I'm writing this email to kindly update you on what we disscused last week regarding establishing a date base for our beneficiaries .So, directly after our disscsion I started to work on establishing one, I reached out to the teams to collect the needed information from each of them, communicated with the information managment team to ask their advise about the best way of establishing a data base , then I started putting together one which I already shared with you for your comments, now I'm facing a challenge , there is some missing information about the location, contact details of some beneficiries I couldn't have them from the teams as they said they are too busy and can't share any further information with me, and I believe it's so important information, without the contact details of them we can't reach out so I'm suggesting here if all of us meet each other to solve this problem.

I want to tell you about something that I have been reviewing the data of beneficiaries in my system, and I found that there is missing data, 
The missing data is about the names of some of the beneficiaries, their personal data, and referrals in the program. 
It seems that the problem of the loss is the update of the program application. 
Therefore, I ask you to send me the saved copy of this data that you have so that I can save it again with me.
