The plot in Fahrenheit 451 was Montag hiding books in his vent in his home and, then reading them with his wife while knowing that books are illegal in his country. A quote that I have pulled out of the book is ¨ He opened another book. ¨The favorite subject , Myself¨¨ This is showing him reading a book and reading the title out loud.

The evolution of Montag shows throughout the story. At the beginning of the story, he explains how much of a pleasure it is to burn books, but when he met Clarisse, he started to actually think what he felt. He started to actually see the value in books and what knowledge they held. He got so into books, that he contacted an old professor he knew to teach him more about the books why he didn't do anything to fight against this censorship they have in society.
(Whit Ridgway)
