LOCUS OF CONTROL
- Locus of control brings meaning that an individual's perception about the underlying main causes of events in their life or also can be known as a physiological concept that refers to how strongly people believe they have control over the situations or the situations control them. There are two types of locus of control: internal (inside) and external (outside).

Internal locus of control.
Internal locus of control means people believe that they have power to control over what happens. For example, students with "internal locus of control"usually thinks those their success and failure are caused by the amount of effort they put which means whatever happens all caused by themselves.

External locus of control.

External Locus of control means people believe that there are some power beyond their control for example luck, fate,or opposite person. In this case if we use same situation, if that same student face success or failure they won't find mistakes in themselves while they'll blame the external factors like luck , fate or also maybe teacher who are unfair.

When we summarize this point people with internal locus of control will be more successful in leading people and instruction them as a good leader while people with external locus of control will be a boss who always blame their co-workers for all the pros and cons.
