China is a very traditional, diverse, and for the most part enjoyable place to be. There is a wide variety of delicious foods, many kind people, and a lot of culture to experience. Part of said culture is the thousands of years old traditions of what are called "Chinese New Years". Each New Year is welcomed with a very upbeat, traditional, and exciting celebration, often involving parades, shows, performances, and other entertaining activities. The Chinese are also often remembered and recognized by the paper dragons that are used in parades and festivals. They are usually bright colors, often red and gold to match the Chinese flag, and are controlled by people underneath using sticks to control the dragons movements, moving them in waves as they "walk". Also known for their food, China is often characterized by the foods rice, noodles, egg rolls, and orange chicken, all of which have become well-liked among the rest of the world. Overall, China is a very exciting place to live, and is also a place that has rubbed its culture off on the world, indefinitely.

China is a very popular country and a lot of people live there and enjoy the culture . But the problem is the air pollution there is really bad with all the trucks and all the restaurants out there with all the boiling foods that go up in to the air. And the air pollution is so bad that it kills lot of the fish and the animals that are in China or some days you can't even see outside . That's why the air population is so bad now days because all of the disposal people throw on the ground or the things that get burned for no reason.

Also a reason I picked region is because a lot of people come to China to visit. Also it is a very nice place with culture and very happy people and you would enjoy how good the food is there in all.

While Air pollution is still a major problem in China, that doe snot mean that China is doing nothing to battle against it. Recently they have put huge investments, the largest in the world, in wind and solar power, in efforts to reduce coal and steel mining/production/usage for power. People are also starting to protest against major uses of power plants and coal usage for power, due to all of the ash and chemicals that are released when used. But for now, until the amount of smoke produced and the levels of smog go down, the people of China have resorted to using masks whenever they go outside and it is smoggy out, in order to prevent breathing in the chemicals in the air. It is required that they are always worn in those weather conditions, and has decreased the death and illness toll caused by smog and air pollution.
