As the team member in charge of cooking and preparing the orders, I had a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our product. It was both challenging and rewarding to create a recipe that balanced the rich, savory flavor of the buttermilk chicken with the soft, slightly sweet mantou buns. Seeing customers enjoy the food I prepared was incredibly satisfying and reinforced the importance of attention to detail in food preparation.

Despite our enthusiasm, we faced several obstacles along the way. One of it was sourcing fresh ingredients within our budget, which sometimes meant making adjustments to our planned menu. Additionally, we also faced difficulty in ensuring our foods warm which mean we had to do the delivery as soon as possible.

What truly stood out during this project was the teamwork and problem-solving attitude of our group. Although it was our first project together, we managed to collaborate and communicate effectively.

This project taught me the importance of flexibility, resilience, and the value of teamwork in overcoming challenges. It was a great learning experience that strengthened my ability to manage stress and adapt to changing circumstances. I am incredibly proud of what we achieved together as Bao'rific Butter team and look forward to applying these lessons to future projects.

Taking on the role of treasurer, I was entrusted with the responsibility of managing our financial records. This role has taught me the importance of organization and attention to detail skills.

Moreover, I've realized the importance of teamwork and communication. Each group member played their part and together we managed to bring our business to success. This experience has shown me that even though we are a student in the field of science, understanding the basics of business and entrepreneurship can be incredibly beneficial. The most challenging part is I would say dealing with different types of customers as some of them are difficult to handle.

Overall, this project was more than just an assignment and it was a chance for me to develop personally and professionally as it provides a room for growth and learning. I'm proud of our achievement because at first, we feel doubtful whether we should continue this business or not, and we chose to continue at least until we get more that rm100 of sales. And we did it! Lastly, I am grateful for the knowledge and experience gained along the way.
