Gwendolyn Gilleland has built relationships with several other organizations, such as Background IQ (an employee screening agency), as well as four soccer clubs. At Pearce, Bevill, Leesburg & Moore, she prepared statements and reconciled balance sheets for over 20 clients. She also served as an assistant controller at Southern Ready Mix. In addition, she handled the financial affairs of Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church and managed payroll for JH Berry & Gilbert. She has also provided corporate accounting for Coca-Cola United and auditing for Wal-Mart.

Gwen Gilleland graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa with a BS in accounting. She volunteers for Meals on Wheels, aTeam Ministries, and the Greater Birmingham Humane Society. When not involved in these pursuits, she enjoys travel and family time.
