Sardis Baptist Church had a meeting trying to come up with a solution to the unlawful treatment they were getting so they came up with the ACMHR and appointed Fred as the president. Later the group united with the SCLC and became one.</div>]]></description>

How they took action is the ACMHR started to try and put black students in all white schools and tried to do a bus boycott but it failed.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The amendment that is being violated during the Birmingham Campaign is the first, because it says you have the right to freedom of protest and the right to freedom of speech. The second amendment that is being violated during this time is the 14th amendment because it gives former slaves and other people RIGHTS and equal protection of the laws. These are violated because they can not protest without being assaulted by the police and they do not get protection of the laws because they need to be protected from the people who are supposed to protect them.</div>]]></description>
