-Sagutan at least yung latest samplex (so yung Oct 2022 haha) para may feel of the questions. Answer them on your own para mapilitan ka maghanap sa references/tumatak sa utak ang concepts.
-Sa PLE weeks, samplex gaming is key. 
-Sa exam mismo, huwag magdala ng kahit anong reviewer/review material or ipad/laptop.
-HUWAG mag review sa banyo. Mahuhuli and ma-i-incident report kayo and your results can get withheld. Sanay sila dito, madaming nahuli.
-Keep all your last-minute flashcards/review stuff on your PHONE ONLY and yan lang ang dalhin mo sa exam days. You surrender your gadgets during the day, yes, but many forgot to surrender other gadgets (eg. iPads, laptops) and there are spot inspections. These are the types of items na sayang if you forgot because these are technically give aways. The exams like Pharma, Biochem, for example, gave out several questions that are basic but easily forgettable. Sayang talaga if you miss these.
While you study, mark the must-knows para you know which topics to focus on pag clutch na. Screenshot them. Or write summary notes. Trust me, it's very difficult to go over the whole material pag days before PLE nalang.
Personally, the Topnotch materials are enough to get you a relatively high grade in the PLE. Finish these first before studying the books if kulang sa time. And as much as some questions from samplexes do appear, it is unpredictable. There are so many samplexes and quizlets out there and it is simply impossible to know which one could be the source. Answer them, because they will help you review and retain knowledge, but NEVER rely on them solely. 
Again, DO NOT DISCOUNT THE BASICS.
