Sure, everyone has to work up to their goals and everything will have to encounter struggles and hardships. However, i don't think it's possible for all groups to have the equal opportunity and get to the same place. At the end of the day, there is still a pay gap between men and women, there is still racism that can take into account when finding jobs.
