It allows for the first thing I love about America to happen. We have one of the top education systems in the world and while it has it's own problems with the pay of our teachers it's an amazing system. You're able to learn anything you want to learn in our universities. There has been many times when people have either been wrongly accused and sent to jail for years before we figure out they weren't the real suspect or where the right person wasn't sentenced to jail because they had enough money to pay for an amazing lawyer to get them off scott free or reduce their sentence big time. Our justice doesn't make sense in the slightest. There are some good things about it, i like how we have everyone is innocent till proven guilty but there's been too many cases where they can't use direct evidence because of one of the many loopholes within the system. That song really expresses what America is about. After the fight for or freedom we were able to perish through the hardest times and gain freedom for our people. People are proud to stand to the flag or wear it on their shoulder if they fight for our country. The people of America all can agree that it's the flag that brings us together. The right to our first amendment will be something that will never change in America and if it were to we'd be in constant turmoil. It allowed for people like MLK to really have his, I Have A Dream, speech. It's what allows for fighting of equal rights whether that's gender or race.
