      <title>Building Belonging : A Classroom ToolKit by Miyla Jones</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/jamiylaj12/s7rkajm3dindtj0l</link>
<description>Being a multicultural educator means creating bridges that bring people together and help every student feel valued. For me, it’s about more than academics, it’s about building a classroom where respect, empathy, and understanding are part of everyday life. I believe every student is created with unique worth and dignity, and when we honor that, we make space for true belonging. By celebrating different cultures and listening to each other’s stories, we don’t just learn content, we learn how to live in community. This toolkit reflects my hope to guide students in seeing themselves and others as valuable, capable, and connected, while preparing them to thrive in an increasingly diverse world.</description>
