I had never been to Coal Drops Yard before so I had no idea what to expect. 
When visiting the shops situated there, I found them all quite quirky and different to the shops I would usually visit. Despite this, I was very happy that I visited and most definitly want to return after lockdown.  
The interior of the shops were very aesthetic and modern. I found that a few of the shops had a coffee shop situated inside which I have only seen in 'Hotel Chocolate'. I thought this was a fun way too bring customers into the store as everyone loves coffee. 
The thing I loved the most about these stores was the use of planting in-store. i think this is a really good idea to attract a customer to the brand, they hae thought of something outide the box and what not many brands have done before. they are engaging with the consumer in a personal way by giving them knowledge of the brand and the products.
