         <title>Case Study Learning Target:  I can engage in conversations and activities relating to service and compassion, including active participation in the Ella’s Stuff a Stocking program.  Purpose: The purpose of this case study to engage in doing good by working with students to recognize areas of need in both our school and community, and act in some capacity to meet those needs.    Explanation of End Product and Process:  This case study will require students to reflect on what it means to give without expecting anything in return.  Students will be exploring what service means in preparation for our big Ella’s Stuff a Stocking collection day.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This case study was called service and compassion because our crew worked together to provide service for kids and show compassion to them by buying them presents.<br>How this worked was we were assigned a child and were given of list of their needs and their wants. We decided to cover the needs first and picked what we would each by buying. For example a comforter, or a winter jacket. Then once we had those bought, the people who didn't buy the needs would get his/her wants. <br>We used many habits of scholarship like collaboration and relationships, working together to bring in the presents and wrap them in class. We also used personal responsibility by remembering to go out and buy the stuff, then bringing them to class on time.</div>]]></description>
