         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Description</strong> - I feel worried about presenting in front of others <br><strong>Feelings</strong> - As - Increased heart rate, jittery hands; Bs - Avoiding eye contact, trembling voice, moving around/fidgeting; Cs - This is embarrassing, I hope I don't mess up<br><strong>Evaluations</strong> - <br><strong>Analysis </strong>- It might be a normal reaction to the situation, I often try to avoid having to present in front of groups as I get anxious<br><strong>Conclusion</strong> - Everyone feels some level of anxiousness when presenting, and I have never had a terrible experience when presenting, so I am likely overreacting  <br><strong>Action plan</strong> - I am going to practice my presentation skills to reduce the likelihood of causing embarrassing situations for myself</div>]]></description>

         <title>Reflection about presentation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> </div><div><strong>Description</strong> </div><div>I was anxious about talking in front of a crowd just now, and I am nervous about the presentation tomorrow and on Friday. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Feelings</strong> </div><div>As - higher heart rate, trembling, stomachache </div><div>Bs - fidgeting, speaking more quickly </div><div>Cs - I don’t like speaking in front of a crowd; I want this to be over soon </div><div> </div><div><strong>Evaluations</strong> </div><div>People tend to be more nervous about their work if they don’t prepare well enough.  The same applies to presentations and examinations. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Analysis</strong> </div><div>I was not well prepared enough for the presentation.  I would probably be more composed if I had done more preparation and maybe with a script. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Conclusions</strong> </div><div>My anxiety mainly stems from the lack of preparation beforehand.  To avoid the anxiety from happening again on Tuesday and Friday, I should prepare well beforehand. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Action plan </strong></div><div>To prepare a script in point form beforehand, and to do more practices in front of a mirror. To present a few times in front of people before the actual presentation.</div>]]></description>
