-This activity related to our class because we went over the beginning of chapter 11 and discussed all these forms in class. we went over how important they are and why we use these mechanisms 

What did you learn between the class-time and this activity?

-From this activity I learned that that defense mechanisms are an important part of being human and at some point we have all used them.
