8am : First day report duty at level 17, Unit Latihan dan Kerjaya,Jabatan Khidmat Pengurusan,Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang,KOMTAR,Jalan Penang,10675,Georgetown,Penang. 

Attended a morning assembly speech by YAB. Lim Guan Eng,the Chief minister of Penang entitled "Majlis perhimpunan Anggota Perkhidmatan Awam" from 8.30am to 10.30am .

Once done with the assembly, I was informed on which department that I should actually work for during the internship period . 

My placement is at Jabatan Khidmat Kemasyarakatan which located at Stadium Bandaraya Pulau Pinang, Jalan Lorong Kulit. I report my duty around 11am at there . 

My upper management Mr.Shariff assist me on the duties and introduced me to all other staffs working there .

There are 3 units under Jabatan Khidmat Kemasyarakatan which are Bahagian Pembangunan Sukan,Rekreasi Dan Pelancongan, Unit Pentadbiran,Perkhidmatan & Kewangan and Bahagian Penyelenggaraan Industri, Kebudayaan &a Kemasyarakatan . I will be working under rotation for this three units . My work starts daily 8am to 5pm ...

*My day starts as usual at 8am. After punch card 💳, I was asked to observe some staff's job  since my senior officer is not there to instruct me to do the practical work👩🏻‍💻 . 

* I learned some office work like transferring data📊 of some case files📋 into manual system and stamping on documents of received letter & approved letter of the community services department within the department and also with other departments ✉️📨📧 

   🙃It's hectic day indeed 🙃

* Day was as usual, continue doing my left over documents filling. Today I was given a half day of working as it is eve of Thaipusam day . 

* My supervisor taught me some procedures in filling the documents and the case file that I went through today is like lab petunjuk prestasi utama(KPI) bagi jabatan negeri pulau pinang , jemputan untuk menyertai pekan raya Sumatera utama (Medan Fair), pelaksanaan MSO ISO 9001, No.57,Jalan macalister , teknologi maklumat ,Penang green Counsil and etc 

I complete my work of documenting until 1pm and then went back home 🏡

It's the last day of working for the first week ! 

Begin my work at 8am and I was taught to answer the calls and transfer some calls as per requested by the dialler. I catch up this call answer and transferring the calls as I have working experience as a call receptionist 

My break was from 12.15pm to 2.45pm. After my break time, I continue doing my documents filling and handle photostat machine and printing documents asked by my upper management
