Our group decided to run a car wash business for this entrepreneurship course, and it turned out to be such a fun and meaningful experience for me. Of course, it wasn’t without its challenges one of the biggest being customer behavior. Every customer had their own preferences and expectations, which kept us on our toes. As employees, we had to remind ourselves to stay patient and serve each customer with care. But honestly, seeing how happy and satisfied they were with our service made all the effort worthwhile. It felt great knowing that we were able to make a small difference in their day.

Working with my group members was another highlight of this project. We worked together to create a schedule that accommodated customers who booked their car wash in advance. Everyone pitched in, and we communicated openly to ensure everything ran smoothly. It was inspiring to see how well we worked as a team, supporting one another and stepping up when needed.
