Perspective - It is human perspective on how to deal with the society and environment and what science and technological tools to use.

Related Concepts:
Innovation- Technology comes under the umbrella of innovations and it is the innovations that impact the society and the environment by leaving a positive or negative impact. For example innovations like windmills impact the climate positively and there are many more examples like this.
Environment- The environment is impacted by the innovations because how you use the innovation provides a negative or positive impact on the environment. For example factories and industries have negative impact on the climate but there are technological innovations that help the environment like solar panels and windmills.  
Ethics- It is the ethics that impact the environment and the climate because it is the principles or laws probably made by government that is impacting the behaviour of humans which might leave a positive or negative mark on the environment.

But now all around the globe people are using technology in everything more than ever. In western countries, it's a lot more advanced with new tools and technology advancing healthcare more and more. Patients are getting better faster and fewer lives are being lost. But why do western countries have better healthcare than India even though we have more manpower? Western countries are more developed and are more wealthy and they manufacture new products. In India, a lot of people are below the poverty line and cannot work as doctors or nurses. Some people don't know Hindi or English either which makes it harder to get a job for them. In western countries, most people know English and have studied even a little bit.

Change: The change in healthcare. People used to be scared to go to the hospital because there was no proper system and no proper hygiene. The doctors did not even wash their hands properly. There were a lot fewer medications then and most did not work. Even mary Shelley, died because when she was pregnant and the baby as opposed to coming out she died because the doctor did not wash his hands and she got a terrible disease.

Perspective: Doctors, Patients, nurses all have different perspectives on which medications to take what is right and what is wrong. What medication works and what does not. How unhygienic a hospital is and how well has it treated the patient.
