Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work with senior staff on a wide variety of projects and rollouts.

Perform computer installs, computer imaging, first-level troubleshooting of workstations, network, and wireless.

Install hardware and software as well as troubleshoot hardware and software problems when they arise.

Test computers peripherals, hardware and software to ensure that they are working appropriately.

Maintain, repair, and process warranties of district chromebooks

Upgrade software, patches and operating systems.

Maintain documentation of technical maintenance procedures carried out and inventory of devices.
