         <title>The Five Components of Health</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Emotional, Cognitive, Physical, Social, Spiritual. These are the five components of health. Each of these components have features that work together to make a healthy body. Emotional Health is the concept of a feeling of emotional wellbeing, and the way someone views the ideal life. Cognitive health is the idea of correct behaviour and the thoughts and feelings. Physical health is taking care of your physical body and everything to do with it. Social health is how you interact with others. Finally, Spiritual health is your spiritual wellbeing, and how you are on the inside and not the outside.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In a 2008 survey done by the Australian Bureau of Statistics, it was reported that one quarter (600,000) Australian children aged 5-17 were obese. This is due in part to the influence of advertisements. Skinny people are generally shown to be eating the unhealthy foods, which may lead the children to believe that the unhealthy food, which is actually packed with preservatives, MSG, and other harmful ingredients, is good for them. A different study held by the American Psychological Association shows that food ads take up more than 50% of ad time on children's programming, and that 0% of that time is dedicated to fruits and vegetables. It also shows that children ages 8-12 get the most exposure to ads, while they are at an impressionable age.</div>]]></description>
