Goal : To avoid overlooked shipments and attend to all incoming shipments on time. 

Barriers : Late pre-alert from the shipper, late/ no pre-alert received from shipping line and work overload that lead to missing/overlooking the shipment. 

Context : Overlooked shipments due to late advises and workload. 

Problem Statement :  Shipments were missed or overlooked due to late pre-alert from shipper or late to no arrival notice from shipping line. This cause,  on top of the not to mention workload might cause overlooking and missing out the shipments arrival.
