           I recently visited your hotel and I am extremely unsatisfied with the service. Your ad(or advertisement) says free breakfast but they charged 10 dollars for it.
         Your ad says there is a pool, but there was no pool
and finally your ad says there is high speed internet, but the internet was down.
         I would like a refund.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Brighton Town Square Center, and I was extremely disappointed.

--My room was filthy. 
--The curtain at the window was broken. 
--The pool was closed throughout my stay.

I am about to give up on Holiday Inn Express, even though I already have another reservation for a different Holiday Inn Express. Unless I get a refund for this stay, I would like to cancel my next reservation.
