This is a must have going outside of earth's atmosphere and for good reason we NEED oxygen and also need it to stay in not out into space.
2. consumables like ready to eat foods and water.
This is a must have because you need to consume food and water or your body will not have energy for you to do things and will lead to death.
3. Rest
Rest is very important because in space is much different and will commonly make you drowsy while at all times breathing controlled oxygen and being in a suit.
4. Communication with earth
Even if you can not come back to earth it will be nice to give information back to the station to be recorded and which may change or thoughts on space.
5. Entertainment
