He was expressing his frustration and addressing the problematic behaviour from where he was in front of the class. He wanted to get them back on task and to continue teaching without spending extra time on discipline.
He should avoid any sort of name calling and try to manage his own frustration- by cooling down first. He could have walked over to them and address the issue either in class or perhaps consider pulling these students out to speak with them so that they would not be publicly shamed in front of the class. He might also consider splitting them into different groups so that the task assigned can be completed. For student B, he can ask the child to wash up to be refreshed. He could try to assign a buddy to keep him awake and on task.

Mr A could be seen as un professional, as a sensitive person and take students' actions as a personal attack. Mr A can be seen as targeting at the students. His post cast a bad light on the school. He does not show naturing disposition.
Remove the post he submitted and use better alternative avenues to speak about his challenges. Eg: RO, fellow colleagues for professional advice.
Apologies to parents and share his side of the incident. Work with parents to better support the child.

3. There could be an implication on the entire school (which is not right). This also reflects badly on the teacher himself, and his professionalism is now thrown into question.

(a) Advise to remove the post immediately to damage control. Encourage Mr A to apologise when the parent is more appeased. Involve school leaders since school reputation is at stake.

(b) Help to engage the parent on behalf of the Mr A in terms of listening to their concerns, asking how the children feel. Reassure the parent that the school will look into the matter, and there will be a follow-up to check in with the Student B and Mr A first. There is no need to defend Mr A due to the school being 1 team. Provide suggestions on how we can help the child in terms of how to manage this situation, as well as what we can do in the future to support the child.
