For example, in taman budaya, their shop is hard to find andis in a tight space with no eye catching features, even though they might get alot of orders through other applications, I rarely see any customers there.

A good example of a business using its location as an advantage is the clothing company UNIQLO, as it is known as a premium clothing brand for comfortable but also stylish clothes. UNIQLO's locations are usually in well known malls as these malls attract their target market (being middle to high class shoppers) while also keeping their brand image of being a premium clothing store by only opening stores inside well known malls

Aeon Mall Sentul City. Sentul is considered to be an upper-class neighbourhood around Kabupaten Bogor. Aeon made it extremely accessible for people outside sentul to visit since it is only approximately 500m away from the toll road. Aeon also opened many semi-luxurious stores which aligns with their customer base of lower-upper class people. Aeon Mall Sentul City also operates as a Monopoly, since there aren't any other malls in Sentul City.

Both Indomaret and Alfamaret open their location next to each other which is their competition strategy. This way they can decide who gain or lose market share in that certain neighbourhood or street.

Indomaret and Alfamaret also have locations that are located near to their supply chain, significantly reducing their logistics cost.

It has multiple entrances/routes for convenience of customers who would like to enter the mall (Padjajaran, near Tol Jagorawi, etc)

2. An example of a business that was helped by its location is Ikigai fitness, being located in Lippo Mall Sukasari, near the Pakuan residence, a lot of Pakuan residents visit Ikigai fitness due to convenience. Ikigai fitness is currently rapidly increasing in popularity.

3. A factor that needs to be considered is amount of competitors in that area. As competitors may affect the amount of loyal customers and also popularity.
