         <description><![CDATA[<div>Senescent cells or "zombie cells" build up as you age and are alive but cannot reproduce because the DNA is damaged at the telomeres through the division of cells which can lead to dementia, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases.<br><br>You can promote these cells by smoking, drinking alcohol, and having a poor diet.<br>Zombie cells secrete chemicals that can promote inflammation.<br><br>Scientists tested this theory by using a tool with accuracy similar to a sniper to put protein on the cell to see if the cell turns and it did.<br><br>What are healthy habits that you can add to your lifestyle so you can avoid your cells turning into zombie cells?</div>]]></description>
