         <description><![CDATA[<p>In the future, biotechnology <strong>will</strong> become more powerful and advanced. Scientists <strong>will </strong>create new ways to modify human DNA, cure diseases, and even design living organisms. However, if not controlled properly, these technologies <strong>will</strong> also bring serious risks. There is a real danger that a genetically engineered virus <strong>will</strong> escape from a laboratory and cause a global health crisis, possibly worse than the COVID-19 pandemic. This <strong>will</strong> affect millions of lives and <strong>will</strong> test the strength of healthcare systems around the world.</p><p>If no action is taken, the situation <strong>will </strong>escalate rapidly. Travel, trade, and education <strong>will</strong> be disrupted. Misinformation <strong>will</strong> spread online, and public trust in science <strong>will</strong> be damaged. However, with responsible use of biotechnology, global cooperation, and strict oversight, humanity <strong>will </strong>have the tools to prevent such disasters  and even turn these technologies into powerful forces for good.</p>]]></description>

Wealthy individuals <strong>will</strong> have greater access to these enhancements, which <strong>will</strong> increase social inequality. As a result, society <strong>will</strong> face serious ethical and political challenges. Some governments <strong>will</strong> regulate these technologies, but others<strong> will not</strong>, leading to conflicts and a growing divide between genetically enhanced humans and those who are not. If left unchecked, this trend <strong>will</strong> create a world where genetic privilege <strong>will</strong> determine one’s opportunities in life.</p>]]></description>

Unregulated genetic manipulation <mark>will</mark> lead to the creation of modified organisms that could negatively affect the environment or human health. In addition, the development of synthetic viruses for medical purposes <mark>will</mark> pose risks of misuse or accidental outbreaks.</p><p>The ethical and legal debate about the limits of biotechnology <mark>will</mark> remain crucial.
