However, we can not negate the role of each person in the war of protecting environment. I disagree with this statement, and prove the crucial role of individuals in protecting environment
First of all,  it is justifiable that almost people believe is the main factor to safeguard the eco-system. They own the national budget, their  influence in society which affect to the  cognitive of population and finance to manufacture the tools protect environment.For example, many environmental competition toward finding the approach of saving environment in the student age belong to the politician. This create many methods which safeguad the evinroment  and  promote , advance the awareness of individuals.
In the other hand, the individuals still take an alternative role in saving the environment . The rule will be  useless if the don't follow it. For instance, a rule can not be fowarded if it is declined by almost people. So each person must be enhance their own awareness to save the environment and the environment still remain if individual  not toghether follow the rules.
In conclusion, the compound of politicians and individual is the most important key to safeguard the environment

Infact, some environment issues are too big for individuals to deal with. There are a lot of serious problem that need effort  and cooperation of large environmental organizations and politicians, such as global warming, tornado, tsunami, prolonged droughts,.... This is because solving such disaster requires special equipment , modern technology devices and large number of experienced scientist to work together .Consequently, enormous amount of money need to be paid for those.Moreover, the governments have many authorities and power to set rules and regulations, punish individuals and organizations that violate the rules.As a result ,only governments can have sufficient funds and resources to invest in this.

However, I believe that individuals also need to take responsibility for environmental protection. As individuals, we can help in various ways. Firsly, the rules play an important role in protecting the eco-system so that we must follow that. Secondly, we should change the habits using non- renewable resource such as petroleum, coal,... switch to renewable energy like solar energy , hydroelectricity,... .I think that without the cooperation of both politicians and individuals, environmental issues will never be effectively tackled.For example, if farmers continue to burn forests for their own purposes, regardless of the government’s regulations, the problem of climate change will never be successfully mitigated.

While this thinking is justifiable to some extend, I think that the role of individuals in protecting environment is very important.

It is understandable why some people think that only politicians can protect the eco-system. They have many authorities, powers and resources, so they can use many ways to protect the environment. For example, the politicians can make some great decisions about public investment in wildlife  defending or set rules and policies, punish people and organizations violating. Compared to the individuals, their impact to the environment is too small and can't be effective like the politicians impact. For this reason, the politicians were known as the only one to safe the wildlife.

Howerver,  the individuals still have an important role to safe the invironment. Following the rules is a case in point. If people don't follow the rules, the power of the politicians will be decline. Therefore, the environment can get some negative effects from the people that violating the rules. This is a testament of the importances of the individuals.

In conclusion, while most people just seems the responsibility of the politicians, I'm convinced that the individuals still have an important role in conservative the environment.
