         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nuclear engineering is a form of engineering dedicated to developing methods of collecting energy and other benefits from radiation and nuclear sources. These people are the ones responsible for creating the tools and methods needed to do this. These tools are typically created by utilizing fission reactors, radarscopes, and fusion reactors (fusion reactors are currently being created, they are projected to have the first one built by end of 2022). Nuclear engineers are also responsible for creating new and more environmentally friendly ways to harness nuclear power (fusion reactors). <br>Nuclear power is used for things such as; MRI machines, Nuclear power plants, submarine propulsion systems, and various weaponry. <br>Nuclear engineering tends be be much more important and vital when used in military settings.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Mechanical engineers tend to deal with physically smaller projects, such as parts of machines and individual projects. </div><div><br></div><div>Mechanical Engineers study how the forces of the world interact with objects, which a focus on movement,  and work with those forces to design and create a product.</div><div><br></div><div>This type of engineering is broad, and mechanical engineers are employed in many industries. One industry is vehicle design and manufacturing, from toy cars to space shuttles. They also work with electronics, robotics, automated machinery, and mechanical engineering includes fields like textile engineering and waste management. </div><div><br></div><div>Mechanical Engineering jobs are usually highly specialized.          <description><![CDATA[<div>What Do They Do? </div><div>An architectural engineer designs buildings using science and technology. They do things like find sustainable materials and find green energy sources. Their goal is to increase efficiency, and decrease costs. These engineers also have the opportunity to act as consultants to find employment with companies who specialize in specific types of construction.<br>Project Example: </div><div>A few examples of possible projects by architectural engineers would be airports, stadiums, towers, hotels, cinema centers etc. </div><div>Education Needed: </div><div>A bachelor's degree is necessary, a typical engineering degree program can last up to 5 years. Aeronautical engineering mainly includes work with aerodynamic performance studies or aircraft and propulsion systems. Mathematics, theory, knowledge and problem-solving skills are all key components in the work of an Aeronautical Engineer. <br><br>What else is similar to this field of engineering? <br>Although the two terms - Aeronautical, Astronautical and Aerospace - are often used interchangeably, they all have different meanings and should be used in the terms should be used in different contexts, especially when referring to different types of engineering. First, what do these terms mean?   Aeronautics and Aeronautical Engineering deal with any vehicle operating within (and only within) the atmosphere of the earth. Astronautical is the term for space flight and science space beyond the earth's atmosphere. One who designs spacecraft for interstellar or interplanetary flight would be referred to as an astronautical engineer and study astronautical engineering.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Civil engineering is a broad category that encompasses many types of structural engineering. Civil engineers design, build, and maintain different infrastructure projects. These projects can be things like buildings, roads, bridges, dams, and even things like piping (although someone who studied that sector of engineering would typically be more fit for the job than someone with the title of "Civil Engineer.") Most public works projects are done by a civil engineer, typically working for a government entity. Most civil engineers work in the private sector, being independently contracted for specific jobs on private property. They must also manage the actual construction of the project. This includes the cost of the project, along with making sure all of the construction is going according to plan. Another aspect of the job is "future proofing" the projects. Some of the worst engineering failures happen decades after the original construction, from an earthquake, flood, hurricane, or other natural disasters. It was hard to find a reliable average annual salary for the job, but it ranges from around $50k to $120k, as a ton of education is needed for this type of engineering (and any type of engineering in general).
