It then shows Clinton's adress an hour later, in which informs America that

"There has been a terrible shooting at a high school in Littleton, Colarado, i hope the American people will be praying for the Students, Parents teachers".

He includes these because it gives a direct comparison, and shows America's rationalising that Serbia was the enemy and bombing them was the best course of action.

- The US Air Force Academy,
- Rocky Flats, The world's largest Plutonium manufacturer.
- NORAD, which overseas America's nuclear activity, and;
- Lockheed Martin, which transports a new nuclear missile through Littleton each month

The scene then fades out to show the letters 'April 20th, 1999'. Heavy gunfire becomes audible, with helicopters, bombs and the title 'Largest one day bombing in US Kosovo war' visible. Archived footage of the aftermath of the bombing is show, with a narration of the bombing, explaining how the bombing was in the residential area.

President Clinton's response to this is shown, which, after we are informed that only one hour later the Columbine shooting occurs, is juxtaposed to his response to the shooting.

The remainder of the scene is an Aural Montage of archival recordings of First Responders, Students, Parents and Teachers involved in the shooting, which is accompanied by a digital 'tour' of the school. Throughout this section, melancholic guitar can be heard. The scene comes to an end with a narration, further explaining the events at Columbine highschool, and original news-footage of interviews of witnesses and news anchors.

Moore shows us what Clinton said about the bombings, directly after we are told that 22 NATO Missiles landed on the residential part of the city Bogoto:

"We're striking hard at Serbia's machine of opression, while making a deliberate effort to minimise harm, to innocent people."

This is wildly juxtaposed, not only to what we are informed of earlier, but of what comes next:

"On the hit-list were local hospital and primary school"

Immediately after this, we see Clinton's response to the columbine shooting:

"There has been a terrible shooting at a high school in Littleton, Colarado. I hope the American people will be praying for the Students, parents and teachers"
