- People may be turned off if their area isn't represented in EA
- Different cause areas use different tools: letting people go into it helps (matrix of disciplines per cause area)
- Causes can be geography dependent, or need different frameworks (e.g. considering different variables)
CONs:
- Not as many new perspectives: funnelling 
- There are many key uncertainties that could offset or eliminate impact of certain domains at different times
- Less overall value since it's less generalizable
