Last year, I was incredibly stressed out over various assignments and homework to the point where I would completely ignore them until the day before they were due. In turn, I stressed myself out more, rushing to complete them the night before or morning that they were due. However, even when I submitted them rushed, I got a good grade back on it. The chances are that stressing yourself out intensely over assignments you'll probably get a decent grade on anyway won't prove to be useful to you.

How does this relate to the theme?

It shows that even though I was stressed and anxious over something small, it didn't prove to be helpful to me or anything worth stressing over in the first place.

Even in elementary I frequently stressed myself out over completely useless and pointless assignments. I cried over a 6/10 on a test. The test did not make any real impact on my grade and overall was completely useless for me to have been panicking over.

How does this relate to the theme?

It relates to the theme because I was panicking and anxious over completely meaningless things that I could have easily made up, which only ended up decreasing my performance in school.

I often stress myself out over things outside of school as well. I once had a breakdown over a doctors appointment that ended up taking at most half an hour and was nowhere nearly as bad as I'd been panicking thinking it would be. It wasn't worth wasting my energy over and ended up being a very insignificant part of my day.

How does this relate to the theme?

This relates to the theme because even though some things may seem incredibly stressful and nerve-wracking in your head, they often don't end up being as bad as you imagine, causing you to stress needlessly over something you likely will forget about within a few days.
