         <description><![CDATA[<p>In this Padlet I will be demonstrating the learning that UP 6 have experienced down in Bush School using concepts from the Design and Technology Curriculum, and the important child centred pedagogy of Bush School. </p><p><br></p><p>These tasks are differentiated in class.  Students working at General Capabilities 1b, 1c, 1d will be offered a choice of ways to demonstrate their understanding of the task. </p><p><br></p><p>1B - Literacy General Capabilities  &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Comprehending:</strong> Demonstrate anticipation of predictable events.  When Annie comes, we listen to a story, and then we move down to Bush School.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Composing:</strong> Express a preference &nbsp;</p><p>Once they get to bush school, we choose what are they are doing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1C - Literacy General Capabilities &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Comprehending</strong>: Respond to requests &nbsp;</p><p>Transitioning down to Bush School&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Attending to Bush School routines, e.g. choosing preferred activity.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Composing:</strong> Requests items, people or events present at the time &nbsp;</p><p>Children will make a comment about the creations that have been designed or built.</p><p><br></p><p>1D - Literacy General Capabilities &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Comprehending</strong>: Respond to questions, sequence events and identify information from texts with familiar structures &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Transitioning down to Bush School,&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Attending to Bush School routines, e.g. choosing a preferred activity.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Composing</strong>: Conveys knowledge about learning area topics &nbsp;</p><p>Responding to questions about the design process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
