There will also need to be a catering company to accommodate to the people who have came into the venue. We will have to look into the cost/budget and determine how much it will all cost and we will also have to decide how much to charge the people arriving to the venue. The local band have agreed with us to not charge us for playing at the venue and have decided to play at the venue for an accumulated time for 1 hour 15 mins. At the end of the 1 hour mark the band will signify that this is there last song and this will indicate to people that they should be ready to begin to disperse from the venue.
