Activity:

Case study investigation on the possibility of technology that enables humans to breathe liquid.

Students watch a clip from the movie "The Abyss" about a fictional technology that enable humans to dive deep using a special liquid. They then investigate whether the technology really exists, the way it interacts with the respiratory system, and the possible use in many field in the future.
Students create a video presentation.

Activity: A game or contest regarding genetic engineering in which students must answer a question posed by the other team. Students can learn, confirm, and assess their previous comprehension of the subject by answering questions. This demonstrates how students independently answer each question to be corrected or left rest.

After studying and reviewing the material provided by the teacher, students are separated into two groups, each group will have prepared questions and possible information to respond to in order to win against the opposing team. While the teacher is listening to the questions and replies to determine the validity of the information/analysis.

Activity:

Making a video of reenacting a certain respiratory or circulatory illness and also give other information of the illness.

Students will make a video about a certain respiratory or circulatory illness, about what causes it and how it affects the body. How the students will explain how the illness affects the body is by reenacting the affect.

Making a video in which students will act as a doctor consulting a patient who have just survived a heart attack.

Students will make a video of them acting as a doctor who is consulting a 45 y/o patient who has just survived a heart attack. Students will give information about what caused the patients heart attack and how that patient could lower their risk of getting another heart attack.

Activity:

Playing a game about how the respiratory system works, writing down all the important points, and making a summary/essay.

Students will play an online game called “Respiratory Journey” where they control the main character, an oxygen molecule. They will finish the game and write down the important points learned from it in the form of a Google document. Activity:

Make an Essay of at least 500 words about the respiratory system.

Students will make an essay covering the respiratory system. The essay will cover the components of the respiratory system and how they function. The essay needs to have at least 3 reliable resources in APA format(of course). And the essay will have to be at least 500 words.

Activity: 
Students are told to find out more about the topic and the solution to it by watching videos, interviewing, reading articles or books, etc about specific Respiratory illnesses and/or disorders. 

The product(s) will be making a simple poster or PPT slide presentation consisting of the knowledge about their chosen Respiratory illness and/ or disorders + listing solutions to solve the illness/ disorder. 

Activity: The students are going to do activities which is they will make an experiment, they will be having a healthy life-style in 5 days (ex: Do more exercises than before, eating healthy food, etc.) Student will see the impact of the experiment, elaborate and describe on what is the impact and the differences from before to their Excretory System.

The product could be in a form, slides, poster, infography or video of at least 4 minutes.

Students conduct a mini research about how the respiratory system works and its function. Then, the students make a presentation in the class by making a 3D Simple Ventilation Model and explain how the respiratory system works and the function of each respiratory organ. The students can use any equipment in their home to make the 3D ventilation model, such as bottles, balloons, straw, and so on.  

In this activity, students choose one type of illness related to the respiratory system and do more research about it, including the causes, symptoms, the effects of the illness to our body or other organs, the treatments, and possible ways to prevent getting the illness. Then, make a scientific journal article with a maximum of 1500 words. 

You probably know that the Covid-19 Disease (SARS-CoV-2) can infect your respiratory system. Now, through this activity, students conduct research about how the Covid-19 disease infects the cells of the respiratory organs, how it works, what are the effects of the virus to the body, and why this is a deadly virus. Then, the students create a scientific essay with a minimum of 800 words.

Activity: students will do the quiz about periodic table.

students will watch & listen to a clip about "the periodic table song" after that they will memorize the periodic table and do a quiz about periodic table, the example question is about “what is periodic table number 32”.

Activity: Students will experiment about pure and impure

              

Students will watch & listen about “pure and impure materials” after that they have to do an experiment about pure and impure materials. For example, the object is black pepper and salt.student will memorize and take notes. after they memorize they will presentations to our teachers and friends.

Activity: by watching a video about the understanding of the difference between pure and impure materials. After watching the video students will choose 2 different materials and compare them. One pure material and 1 impure material and analyze them. Students are told to do research, after that to prove they understand the difference  they will be told to make a video presentation or an essay/article about the difference between those two materials

Activity: Students will watch a video about raw egg experiment to understand the main points of acid and base. After they are done, they will demonstrate the experiment with the guidance of teacher.

If it is possible, students could make a video presentation when they are demonstrating the experiment with detailed explanations.

Activity: Student will play game about pure and impure

              

Students will watch & listen about “pure and impure materials” after that they have to do play some game, they have to solved the  game without research in google, the example game is “ you have to see if that is pure or impure in salted”, after they are all done with the game they have to make a video for given to the teacher, after all done they have to summarize and do presentations.

Activity: Go Outside and Write. Fresh air does wonders for students, all students go outside class and enjoy the beauty of nature while writing what we can from the outside like how the air we feel and others. And plan a garden,  so that our school will have more plants and this school will become fertile soil so that we can be comfortable to study here

Activity:

Guest speaker with a medical professional, and then make a video presentation.

Students will meet a Cardiologist/Vascular doctor who will present information about the circulatory system and also relate it with the respiratory system. Students will then have to make a video presentation cover the important things said by the doctor.

Activity:

Students will draw a diagram of either the circulatory or the respiratory system.

Students will need to draw diagrams of the circulatory or the respiratory system. For example, a student will make a diagram of the lungs and show how the body inhale and exhale air. The diagram must have arrows and pointers to show how they work and give detail on what’s going on.

Students will design a medical diagram.
