         <description><![CDATA[<div>For me, to up-regulate, I usually make myself a tea latte(London Fog). When I drink my latte, I feel focused and awake. Also, listening to up-beat music can keep myself motivated. To down-regulate, I enjoy doing yoga especially hot yoga. Also, doing a massage or using essential oils can help me relax while reading a relaxing book.</div>]]></description>

I also go for walks if I am sitting for a long period of time.<br>I down regulate myself by focusing on my breathing and holding in deep breaths if I get stressed out.
