Objective, however, I believe it is aligned with my objective already.

The reason is that I had accurate and appropriate key points that could help to achieve objective of the lesson. I designed the activities that align and could reach the objective. However, I couldn’t plan the time effectively since it’s hard to finish the class on time.

The way I provide the instruction is clear by having the BMC to ensure that they are 100% on task. During their practicing, I monitored and facilitated their learning especially those who need the support or those whose competency is a bit behind others.

I tried to used as much as CFU to get input from my students whether they could understand and ready to work with the task that I provided. I prepared the questions that can represent the comprehension if they answer the question correctly. I used various form of questions such as true/false, one-word answer questions, fill in the blank and so one to make it more impressed and based on the answer that I want to hear.

My class is well communicate about my expectation on what I want to see and I want them to do. All of them are listen carefully and mostly well behave. They know exactly what to do when I ask them do or follow for the first time. I always eye on my students even when I write down the lesson on whiteboard to make it clear that they are all silent and on mission.

I somehow provide a bit long direction but I am sure that I reinforces the procedure when my students break the procedure such as shout out loud when they raise their hand. Thus, I will correct them by asking them to only raise their hand and remain silent immediately.

I got the feedback from my LDA as my CFU is good just I need to improve on CFU to check on my students understanding in different group of them

I can control my students and set high expectation from their behavior in the class and tell them both of reward and concequences of their behavior and I noted that 95% of my students is on task and compliant who meet my expectation of their behavior in the class. Most of them follow and respect me as their teacher

I think that I can't maximize my time to deliver the objective to them on time. mostly I try so hard, but I can't as I see that my student need more time to proceed ( stop and think) and it often leads me run late of the time and can't give them "YOU DO".
