<title>Teacher observations - Unstructured observation are usually open ended. It uses no checklist or rating scales to record what is observed. Structured observation differs in the amount of preparation needed and the way you record what is observed. Can be evaluated by recording the behaviors as soon as it is observed using guidelines, checklists, or rating scales.Interviews -teachers use different types of personal communication with students, such as individual and group interviews, discussions, and casual conversations, to assess noncognitive traits. Can be evaluated by using questionnaires.Surveys - can be used anonymously and takes time to score. It is a good way to get a general overview of student perspectives, feelings, and thoughts. Can be evaluated by using scales in which students read statements and then record their agreement or disagreement.Student self-assessments - a process in which students monitor and evaluate their own learning and performance. Can be evaluated before, during, or after instruction.</title>
